Kimberly Atkins is a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager with 28 years of dedicated service in the healthcare industry. Kimberly is a Raleigh native and passionate about transitioning into the field of aesthetics and wellness, aiming to bring her extensive experience and skills to a new and exciting challenge. Driven by her desire for a new challenge, Kimberly Atkins is now embarking on a new area of nursing, aesthetics and wellness. Her goal is to leverage her wealth of experience, leadership capabilities, organizational skills, and motivation to provide personalized aesthetic treatments.
Kimberly's career journey reflects her commitment to continuous professional development and a steadfast dedication to delivering outstanding patient care. She holds a Biology and Nursing degree.
In her current role as a Registered Nurse Manager Kimberly oversees hundreds of pregnant women each year which allows her to be trained in limited ultrasound. Kimberly's previous roles include serving as a Registered Nurse in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at Duke University Medical Center. She is very familiar with working closely with anesthesiologists and surgeons. Her experience also extends to neonatal care. Additionally, she has a background in oncology. Her excellent critical thinking abilities have allowed her to navigate emergency situations calmly, following established protocols and documenting events.Kimberly brings a set of valuable skills to any healthcare setting, including strong communication, healthcare time management, delegation, and a commitment to ensuring both patient and staff satisfaction.

Medical Director
Dr. Crenshaw brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of medical aesthetics as a board-certified anesthesiologist with nine years of post-residency experience. His journey into aesthetics has been marked by a commitment to continuous learning and patient well-being.
Crenshaw's aesthetics journey began with comprehensive online training in dermal fillers and neurotoxins through Empire Medical Training. This foundation in aesthetic procedures laid the groundwork for his active involvement in the field. Since January 2023, he has been instrumental in the supervision of nurse practitioners and RNs, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective cosmetic treatments.
His dedication to the aesthetics industry extends to his role as the Medical Director and Collaborating Physician for Vein Hydration and Aesthetics, a position he has held since January 2023. In this capacity, Dr. Crenshaw oversees and guides the practice, upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Crenshaw's unique blend of medical experience and aesthetics training positions him as a valuable asset for any med spa looking to enhance its offerings and prioritize patient well-being.
